What are the rights of an owner?
Article 428 of the Civil Code provides the general rights of an owner. This is under the provisions on property law.
[1] Right to enjoy and dispose of a thing, without limitations other than those established by law; and
[1] Right to enjoy and dispose of a thing, without limitations other than those established by law; and
[2] Right of action against the holder and possessor of the thing in order to recover it.
