Lower court's factual findings on witness credibility given great weight, RESPECT on appeal

The issue hinges on the trial court's assessment of the witness' credibility. Factual findings of the lower court especially on the credibility of the witnesses is generally accorded great weight and respect on appeal, as the trial court is in the best position to make an honest determination of the witnesses' deportment during trial. In this case, the trial court, in giving full faith and credence to the testimony of Glenn, observed that he "testified in a straight forward manner." We find no cogent reason to hold otherwise.
