Rapist INSERTS finger into MINOR's genitalia; #2 rape

Inserting a finger inside the genital of a woman is rape through sexual assault within the context of paragraph 2 of Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code, and not merely an act of lasciviousness. (People vs. Soriano, G.R.
