Who interprets the law on impeachment? Probably NOT the Supreme Court

This analysis is purely academic. Of course, I support judicial independence but I submit that this is a fair reading of the law. Also, of course, it is and will always be the Supreme Court which interprets the law, of course.

The title is "Who interprets the law on impeachment?" but, actually, this argument can be used when it comes to any question of law decided by the Supreme Court.
