Federal consti removes "full respect for human rights"
The Consultative Committee's draft removes the phrase "human rights" in this declaration of principle and policy.
PRESENT CONSTITUTION: Section 11. The State values the dignity of every human person and guarantees full respect for human rights. (Article II of the 1987 Constitution)
PROPOSED FEDERAL CONSTITUTION: The Federal Republic values the dignity of every human person and guarantees full respect for human rights the person and the right of all citizens to participate in all government processes.
