Effects of agency: integration, extension
Here are the two (2) effects of a contract of agency when perfected:
[1] Integration of the personality of the principal and the agent. In other words, there is merger of personality between the principal and the agent; and
[2] Extension of the personality of the principal through the agent. In other words, the agent is a mere reproduction of the principal's personality.
