Nighttime agricultural work for women

No woman, regardless of age, shall be permitted or suffered to work, with or without compensation, in any agricultural undertaking at nighttime unless she is given a rest period of not less than nine (9) consecutive hours, subject to the provisions of Section 5 of this Rule.
